Audio

Content developers may use audio in scenes using the audio node or the play action node.

The audio node is used like an object node - it has a position in the scene. This node is ideal for background sound or music in a scene. An example use of the audio node:

<scene>
	<audio filename="music.ogg" startonload="true"/>

	<!-- OMITTED - rest of scene -->
</scene>

The setaudio node can be used to start and stop audio nodes.

The play action node can be used inside action groups like sequential and concurrent. The node plays its associated sound when it is actioned. This node is ideal for incidental sound effects in a scene. An example use of the play node:

<scene>
	<object type="balloon.aro">
		<event type="onclickdown">
			<play filename="pop.wav"/>
		</event>
	</object>
</scene>
